After graduating from Universita’ Degli Studi di Firenze ( University of Florence) where I achieved a 1st Class Bachelor Degree in Business Management and Marketing, I moved to London in 2015 to follow my dream of becoming successful in the London property market.
I have been working within the industry for the last 6 years and have developed new skills and knowledge allowing me to become one of the most successful property negotiators in Central London and East.
I have been able to demonstrate my skills through my success in real estate in my roles at Berkeley homes, Foxtons and KFH. Having worked at Foxtons, I received first-class industry training in letting and property management which allowed me to develop to consistently exceed my quarterly targets.
I am an individual with exceptional work ethic and work above and beyond to achieve client satisfaction. In a short period of time, I became amongst the top achievers in the City and East division at Foxtons. My hard-working nature meant in under six months I was promoted to a rare letting’s negotiator.
Further career progression in a senior role was offered to me by KFH following my success at Foxtons. This new position came with greater responsibility in the team and conducting company processes. The more extensive role allowed me to advance my experience in negotiating, client liaison and communication as well as adding to my established sales skills, which were all demonstrated when I achieved No.1 negotiator in the company for August in reaching 25 agreed lets in just a month.
My next and final position as an employee was working for one of the leading and most progressive developers anywhere, Berkeley Homes. I was placed at South Quay Plaza, one of their landmark developments designed by world leading architects Foster + Partner, and again, I placed myself as one of the most successful Property Consultants in the development.
I always knew I would have my own Estate agency and despite the negativity around Covid-19, we saw opportunity, which gave me the motivation I needed to start on my own.
After graduating from university and obtaining a BA (hons) and an MSc I was unclear on the career path I wanted to take, when actively looking for a job I was automatically drawn into the lettings industry. Reading through the job specification I knew I had the reliance, determination and drive to succeed within the industry.
I worked as a lettings negotiator and gained valuable experience, this is when I met Elda and became good friends. We are both passionate about the property industry and our drive revolves around changing the negative Stereotypical perspective on Estate Agencies.
