Elda at D’agent was incredibly helpful in finding me three great tenants at a particularly challenging time – in the middle of a pandemic, and just before Christmas. Her boundless enthusiasm, care and attention to detail was very reassuring. She took excellent photos (a great improvement on my own) and took all the stress out of trying to find new tenants. She even helped the tenants at the very last minute on the day they were moving in when their moving van let them down – there was no extra charge for this – she simply did this out of the goodness of her heart because the tenants were stuck. Her rates are very reasonable and the service she provides is second to none and far superior to any experience I have had when dealing with other lettings companies.
